Bottled Water is a relic of the past. Before the rulers of [[Sosaria]] introduced stricter rules about littering, empty bottles would remain in the backpack of the person who emptied it. One could now take this empty bottle and visit certain places at sea, where one was able to refill those bottles with water, no matter which liquid they were holding before.

Since pitchers and bottles are now magically removed from ones backpack when empty, you can not produce Bottled Water anymore. But you might find an old, sealed water bottle in some curiosity shop or local museum.
