[[Image:Spiderweb_deed.jpg|frame]]This spooky house add-on can be obtained by completely the [[Halloween 2008 Quest]]. You need to complete several steps, defeat [[Sicarii]] the spider boss to obtain a [[Spinneret]] and then 10 [[Gossamer]]s to make one.

* The deed is not [[Blessed]]
* If [[insured]], it will lose that property when used and need to be insured again in deed form
* Can face south or east
* Cannot be built near doors or on stairs
