::Sorry, I'm not sure I understand your question. You can only get the Spellweaving spellbook by doing one of the two Spellweaving quests. You cannot buy it from an NPC or craft it. You might want to try asking around on one of the popular UO messageboards such as [http://uoforums.com UOForums] or [http://boards.stratics.com/forumdisplay.php?f=3 UO Stratics].
