View source for Lost in Transit

The quest [[Lost in Transit]] starts from an item called [[Stolen Goods]], you will occasionally find these on thieves, such as the ones found in [[The Citadel]] in [[Tokuno]].

When you obtain the item, simply click it to start the quest, then deliver it to the npc that the quest states.
