A Broken Vanity is a [[House Add-on]] that comes from using a [[Heritage Token]]. It was one of the early buyer rewards for the [[9th Anniversary]]. Double-click the deed and a menu will pop up asking to select a facing. Make your choice and target the ground where you want it to sit.

* Can face South or East
* Takes up 2 tiles
* Use an [[Axe]] to turn it back into a deed
