Used to be handed out to [[Young]] characters so they could teleport back to [[Uzeraan's Mansion]] in [[Old Haven]]. When activated it opened a white [[moongate]], and when it's ten charges were depleted it could be handed to a guard to recharge it.

Older players could not use the moongate nor the horn itself ("''Nothing Happens.''").
