::Sorry, I'm not sure I understand your question. You can only get the Spellweaving spellbook by doing one of the two Spellweaving quests. You cannot buy it from an NPC or craft it. You might want to try asking around on one of the popular UO messageboards such as [http://uoforums.com UOForums] or [http://boards.stratics.com/forumdisplay.php?f=3 UO Stratics].

:Mysticism scrolls can be created with [[Inscription]], but you must have the scroll in a spellbook to create them. If you do not have them, they can be bought from NPC's in the [[Royal City]] or found on monsters in Ter Mur. [[Skree]]s seem to be a popular source of the lower level scrolls.
