The Exodus Dungeon in Ilshenar is the home to "Mechanical" monsters that appeared with UO 3rd Dawn. The Dungeon is located near the Gargoyle city of Vel-Lor-Reg. The most dangerous part of this dungeon is not what is inside the dungeon, but what is outside.

The entrance to the Exodus dungeon, in the southwest corner of Central Ilshenar is home to Arcane Daemons, Moloch, Doppleganger and Qagmire to name a few. The Entrance to the dungeon is on the lowest floor of the "temple" and you simply walk over it to drop through, into the dungeon proper

Once inside the dungeon it is actually rather sparsely populated (it is generally possible to avoid being immediately targeted).

Many of the monsters inside the dungeon proper (Exodus Overseers and Exodus Minionss for example) are mechanical. Controllers and golems are also present, as are various kinds of gargoyles.

(Word is that pets cannot be ordered to attack mechanical monsters, but can be "tricked" into fighting them by being ordered to guard their owner or someone else.)

There are no cave walls or dirt floors in this dungeon, reflecting the mechanical origins of the place.

As the name implies, the Exodus Dungeon was once home to the mysterious (and apparently dead) entity Exodus, the spawn of Minax and Mondain and ally of Blackthorn.

A great battle was once fought there, the result beung that the gargoyle city was opened. (Hitherto it had been home to hostile gargoyles rather than a functioning town, as it is now.)
