Phillip's Wooden Steed is a minor artifact that can be found from doing Treasure Maps, by fighting a Leviathan that is brought to the surface with a Fabled Fishing Net, or as part of the Paragon system in Ilshenar. It is a decorative House Addon that can be dyed. It has an on/off option to allow or prohibit the playing of horse sounds.
