A Broken Covered Chair is a House Add-on that comes from using a Heritage Token. It was one of the early buyer rewards for the 9th Anniversary. Double-click the deed and target the ground where you want it to sit.
Notes
- Cannot be walked on or sat in
- Takes up 1 tile
- Can be turned with an Interior Decorator tool
- Use an Axe to turn it back into a deed
- Even though it highlights yellow and does not say locked down, it cannot be picked up
