The Head Slot refers to one of the 19 Equipment Slots on the Paperdoll. The items that occupy the Head Slot are Helms or Hats & Masks.
Elf Headgear
The 2D Client prohibits Elves from displaying most Head Slot items the same way Humans do. While an elf may look like it is about to don a Helmet or a Kabuto, when equipped the headgear becomes a Circlet.
