The use of nerfed in this case is VERY misleading, especially since that it did not cause this weapon to fall out of use. In fact, it is MORE useful in many templates, even at the lower leech levels, because they are triggering every swing. The whole section on it being nerfed is personal opinion, and should not be in the description.
