Concerns about "pigmentable" shrouds artifacts

I have done a bit of researches on these Stratics' threads:

http://boards.stratics.com/showthread.php?t=116572 http://boards.stratics.com/showthread.php?t=116676 http://boards.stratics.com/showthread.php?t=117483 http://boards.stratics.com/showthread.php?t=121151

and looks like, in production shards, champion artifact shrouds are not pigmentable/dyeable. Anyway, pigmentable shrouds exist. Maybe, when they were implemented at the beginning, it was so, and looks like it was a bug or due to an event. I'm not sure if in Siege Perilous shrouds are pigmentable, though.

The "problem" is addressed also here in Five_on_Friday_-_October_6,_2006, in this question:

"4. Do you plan to do something about the colored shrouds that seem to be everywhere?

Aaron "Darkscribe" Cohen, Producer:

We’re getting close to implementing a solution for these shrouds. Stay tuned. "

Someone knows better the history about these pigmentable shrouds? Thank you! --Daedalus 13:16, 4 July 2009 (UTC)

First there was the Hooded Robe Of Umbra, an event item of unknown origin which could not be dyed (because it was a special event item). People somehow worked out how to dupe the thing (into the base item, the Hooded Shroud Of Shadows). This is what the FoF you linked to is talking about - the event items and their clones had colour (unlike the true Death Shroud you wear when actually dead), but they were supposed to be rare.

(It's possible it was the Shroud of Tal'Keesh that was first and/or cloned, I really dunno. I assume it was done with Imprisoned Dogs, but again, dunno for sure).

After a while the devs took action and converted all the duped shrouds into brown Monk's Robes (which were again, of course, undyable). These new robes were (and still are) easy to get, but they're not exactly "classy" so you don't see them around often.

Move the clock forward a couple of years, and we have the new replica system introducing more shrouds to the game in bulk (The Most Knowledge Person and Embroidered Oak Leaf Cloak). The intention of the devs was for these to be dyable (check the first thread you linked to for a direct quote from Regine), but due to a bug, early versions were not (and had odd durability stats too).

Apparently by now these bugs should have been cleared up - all replica shrouds should currently be dyable/bleachable, while the older (non-replica) shrouds should still not be dyable/bleachable.

I understand and I thank you for the explaination. So, as far as I could get, replica shrouds are:

- dyeable (with which kind of tub? Normal/special?)

- pigmentable

- slimeable

- bleachable

Is it right?
