A Soulstone Fragment is a piece of a shattered Soulstone that contains only a portion of the energy. These fragments can only be used to transfer skills between your characters 5 times. After these charges are used up it is only good for decoration. Like the Soulstones these are account specific and can only be used by the account that used the promotional token. Soulstone fragments come in 9 different collectable varieties (i.e., different colors).
Unlike the full soulstones, fragments do not glow when a skill is stored in them.
As of the Stygian Abyss Expansion, Alchemists with Glassblowing, can craft these using 2 Void Essence & 2 Crystal Granules (made from Shimmering Crystals obtained from peerless monsters).
