A Yucca tree is a decoration item that became available as a 15,000 point reward option for Phase II of Spring Cleaning 2008 in Publish 53. It was made available again for the Clean Up Britannia (2011) event in Publish 72. It is also commonly seen is arid, desert regions of Sosaria.
It has no appreciable use other than it's pleasant appearance and is often seen in player-owned homes inspiring a desert decor theme.
