Oil Cloth is primarily used to wipe things off:
- Poison off of edged weapons. This is helpful in training the Poisoning skill so that the poison can be freshly re-applied to the same weapon.
- Remove the paint hue from character's skin left by Savage Kin Paint.
- Remove a disguise kit early.
An oil cloth is produced by characters with Tailoring skill of at least 74.6 and requires one piece of normal cloth to attempt.
