Assassin Honed is an item property introduced with Publish 74. It appears exclusively on weapons named Assassin's Edge that spawn in the Prison of Nightmares in Dungeon Wrong. Only one weapon spawns every 60 minutes in the dungeon's treasure room, and any available weapon in the game (Human or Gargoyle) can randomly appear.
- A successful hit with a weapon will provide bonus damage if the attacker is facing the back of the target.
- The percentage of the damage is based on the weapon's original swing speed. The faster the swing speed of the weapon, the higher the damage bonus. Swing Speed Increase has no effect.
- Ranged weapons have a 50% chance to proc.

- Items with the property cannot be Enhanced or Runic Reforged. They can, however be imbued.
