I answer to myself: looks like in PvM a whatever creature you paralyze stays paralyzed for 3 times the PvP formula. So the previous formula was correct, but only for a player vs creature. I have updated the article to clarify it.

About Paralyze formula in PvM

The formula in UOGuide article now is certified about PvP. But what about PvM? I suspect it could be *2. Someone can verify? Thank you.

I answer to myself: looks like in PvM a whatever creature you paralyze stays paralyzed for 3 times the PvP formula. So the previous formula was correct, but only for a player vs creature. I have updated the article to clarify it.
