Tokuno stealables are items that can be stolen from the Tokuno Islands. Artifacts can be found in two locations, the Yomotsu Mines and the Fan Dancer Dojo. Unlike Doom stealables, there are no equipment artifacts in Tokuno.
Note that the amount of skill needed is equal to ten times the item weight in order to steal it. All stealable artifacts have a weight of ten, meaning that at least Grandmaster level is required.
