This is a disbanded guild as of August of 2014.

This is a Role Playing guild. The guild was disbanded for story telling purposes and many of the members simply moved on to Crimson Alliance Resurgent (-CA-) or a sub-guild thereof. A few hold overs are still mechanically on the stone but have open invitations to convert to Crimson Alliance Resurgent (-CA-) when they get a chance.

The Crimson Shadow Syndicate is a secret alliance of guilds; some legitimate others not so much. Mostly based out of Jhelom and a small Freeport called Red Fang Point all in Felucca the alliance serves to further their founders' goals. The alliance was founded by several investors all brought together by the vision of a man named Dante Darkheart. The primary goal of the alliance is to further advance the investors already vast fortunes. The means through which they earn their fortunes are vast but primarily through controlling supply lines and private taxation. This is accomplished through a variety of methods. Some investors are heirs to shipping companies, crafter's guilds, and politicians making this task something of a birthright to many. Still the actual leg work of the operation is mainly carried out by mercenaries and slaves. The legitimate face of the alliance is a guild called the Naja Trade Company which has trade agreements with various crafting guilds throughout Sosoria. Of course they even have their premium line of products made exclusively at Red Fang Pointe. The next face of the guild is the Ophiophagus Foundation Orphanage which is meant to show that the investors have something of a charitable side; they don't. It is often used to launder money via charitable contributions from ill gotten money. The even less legitimate guilds are the Viper Clan Orcs and the Dreadnox Pirates both meant to attack rival trade company ships and even on occasion attack a Naja Trade Company ships to act as a means for "losing" cargo and collecting the insurance money. The final guild is The Coven of Interrupted Life better known as C.O.I.L. Their primary purpose is to hide in the shadows of rooms to spy on rivals as well as develop new ways to manipulate their necromantic art.
