First Aid Belt is a Belt Slot item first released during a limited shard wide event called The Forest of the Dark Champion in the winter of 2020. It was the reward for defeating the final champion called known as The Guide.
Subsequently, it has been released several times since then as a 'Treasures of' reward for (50) turn-in points. The later releases of the belt were made to be Shard Bound and are worth substantially less than the original item, since the original items have no restriction on shard transfers.
