A Scrapper's Compendium is a dark red spellbook that is crafted by Scribes with an Inscription skill of 85 or better. Though not an artifact, it is blessed. A Compendium acts in the same manner as a normal spellbook and can be filled with 64 Magery spells.
When crafting, there is a chance to create an exceptional Scrapper's Compendium, with random extra properties such as Slayer, Mana Regeneration, Lower Reagent Cost, etc. These random properties are in addition to the existing fixed properties.
