Jusae the Bowcrafter can be found in the city of Heartwood. He is near the center, either on or near the Archery training area.
Quests
Double-click on Jusae and you will be presented with the following quests.

Rewards
Jusae will reward you with a Craftsman's Satchel, which can contain:
- A magic Bracelet, Ring, or Elven Composite Longbow;
- A Talisman; or
- A Bowcraft/Fletching Recipe.
- An Aquarium deed
- A random Elven Furniture house addon
- An Oak, Ash, Yew, or Heartwood Runic Fletcher's Tools
