The Spider Cave is a single level, Paragon dungeon that is located in Ilshenar. Its closest access is the Spirituality Moongate; from there, travel to the North Northeast for a dozen screens. It is North of Blood Dungeon and the Harpy Nest. All of the creatures in the Spider Cave have a 1-in-20 chance of being a Paragon version.
The inhabitants of the Spider Cave are the: Dread Spider, Giant Black Widow Spider, Terathan Matriarch, and Terathan Warrior.
There is an exit at the back, or East end, of the cave that leads to a teleporter to the island of Reg Volom, which is home to the Ethereal Warrior fortress of the same name.
