Dropped into the backpack of anyone who gets looting rights against Melissa the Servant of Nosfentor, who was fought by players at the end of the Royal Council Massacre investigation.
The only cloak in the game with durability, it comes with +5% fire resistance. It can be blessed using a Clothing Bless Deed, and can also be dyed. The cloak will lose durability as any other piece of equipment and can be repaired. However Powder of Fortifying can not be used on it.
- Bug: Double-clicking the cloak brings up a target cursor and asks you which item you wish to fortify. If you target an item it gains 10 durability and the cloak is destroyed. This bug is in the process of being fixed.
