Hello and welcome.
An example of how to place a wiki link:
[[Anatomy]] will produce "Anatomy".
If you wish to customise a link, do it like this:
[[Anatomy|Go here to find out about Anatomy]] will produce "Go here to find out about Anatomy", which will, of course, link to the anatomy page.
It's somewhat neater then adding URL footnotes, as I notice you've been doing.
Incedently, on talk pages such as this, you can sign your comments by putting in four tildes (~~~~).
