One of the rare remaining GM-blessed player-owned structures left on Chesapeake, the Pax Lair Necromancer's Tower is a must-see. Marked with a plaque proclaiming its distinction, this structure boasts a number of unique embellishments provided by the GMs.
Currently owned by Archaenus Bactum.
Has a permanent fountain and benches attached to its western wall on the outside.
On the roof of this Tower is arguably one of the most unique features in Sosaria. A red permanent moongate that will teleport you to the first floor, and a series of teleport pads called the "tower bridge" that will teleport you across to the the Pax Lair Mage Tower.
Outside, on the southwestern corner of the tower, is a stone platform with a burning fire and lampposts.
