Distillation refers to the system to produce distilled liquors. It is introduced with Publish 70.4 and only available through Rustic Theme Pack. In order to produce alcoholic beverages through distillation, you first need a 
Distillery. Double-clicking on the Distillery will open a menu where you can select different types and groups of liquors:

Liquor Barrel - Strong Brandy (48 hours to mature).
You can select Double Distillation instead of Standard Distillation to produce Strong liquors. You can also add a Label to the barrel with a maximum 15 characters. When you have the necessary ingredients and an 
Empty Liquor Barrel in your backpack, you're ready to Execute the Distillation. You can learn the remaining time for the liquor inside the barrel to mature by double clicking the barrel. Roughly 48 hours is needed to mature a liquor once it is poured inside the barrel.
