Does anyone know the cap on this? -Merion 14:37, 13 February 2012 (PST)

There is no official answer to that question, but it only appears on shields and the maximum I've ever seen from the new loot generation system is 30%, same amount as on the Mystic's Guard. If you meant the cap for a character, it should be the same as the item since you can only equip one shield. Nimuaq 15:55, 13 February 2012 (PST)
