Katalkotl's Ring was first released as a reward for turning in artifacts during the Treasures of the Kotl City dynamic event that took place during Publish 94. It was once again made available during the Treasures of the Undead Lords event released with Publish 109. This second version was Shard Bound, and cannot be transferred with any Character Transfer tokens. This makes the original version more valuable since it does not have this restriction.

Katalkotl's Ring features a special ability to add +20 skill bonus applied by double clicking the ring and selecting from the available skills:

Magery
Necromancy
Bushido
Chivlary
Ninjitsu
Mysticism

Note: Once finalized, the choice is permanent. It may not be changed again.
