Patch Notes
At approximately 3:00PM PDT (10:00PM GMT) on Wednesday, June 29th, 2005, we will be releasing client patch 4.0.11b.
Changes in patch 4.0.11b include:
- 2D Client:
- Added a toggle that allows you to adjust the blood level to pre publish 33 level (Less Blood)
- To change this setting you must open your uo.cfg file and add the line OmitBlood=on/off
- Added a toggle that allows you to adjust the blood level to pre publish 33 level (Less Blood)
- Both:
- Fixed a crash occurring when using house decoration tools
- Evil Home Decor Item Support
If patched correctly, your current version will display 4.0.11b for both clients. If you have any difficulty receiving this patch, please check the following:
Check the "Patch" directory within your Ultima Online directory (the default location is C:\Program Files\Ultima Online\Patch). This directory should be empty. Any files in this directory should be deleted.
Run a virus scan on your computer. Undetected viruses may cause conflicts with patching Ultima Online. For information on up-to-date virus detection software, please visit http://www.mcafee.com/myapps/vso/default.asp.
