The Hit Point Increase property adds the intensity of the property directly to the user's maximum Hit Points score. The Hit Points are not instantly gained when the item is equipped; they will have to be regenerated normally to the new maximum.

This increase is only in effect as long as the item is equipped.

As of Publish 46, the maximum amount of hit points gained from items is capped at 25.
