The Arms of Compassion are a single piece of an Item Set called the Virtue Armor Set. When all of the pieces are equipped, each one receives a +5 boost to each resistance, for a total of 70 in all 5 resists, Self Repair 5, and a color change. In addition, each piece of the suit is blessed.
The arms can be obtained as an artifact in the Anti-Virtue Dungeons.
