The Ash Runic Fletcher's Tools were introduced with the Mondain's Legacy expansion. They can be acquired by completing any bowyer quest in Heartwood given by Jusae and Cillitha the bowcrafters or in Sanctuary given by Beotham the bowcrafter. There is an approximately 1 in 2,000 chance to receive an Ash tool in the Craftsman's Satchel.

- Adds/Enhances 2 or 3 properties
- Intensity range is 35% to 75%
- Some properties can be crafted higher than normal (before material bonus is applied)
- Hit Chance Increase to 25%
