How many extra properties can "exceptional" Scrapper's Compendium have? Normal spellbook can have up to 3 but all I see is 1 on Scrapper's Compendium.
Are these extra properties have the 80% intensity range as well? How is the 80% rounded?
Can the extra properties be the same as one of the original properties and added up? (e.g. the randomized extra properties is FC 1, so that the Scrapper's Compendium will have FC 2, is this possible?)
