This is a template to color links.
Usage

- ColoredLink = Name of this template
- Page = The actual page to be linked to.
- Text = Optional parameter which determines the text displayed as the link. Default is the value of "Page".
- Color = Optional named parameter which determines the text color. Default is black (000000).
