A mysteriously named Publish 63.0.0 has been released to all shards.
- Introduces an NPC vendor by which characters can re-hue their skin for 2,500 gold
- Fixed a vendor exploit regarding skill/stat changes.
Client Patches have been released:
- Client Patch 7.0.4.4 for the UO Classic Client.
- Client Patch 4.0.4.4 for the UO Enhanced(SA) Client.

Publish 63.1 has been released to all shards.
- Followed by Publish 63.2 roughly 12 hours later

Publish 63 has been released to all shards and includes:
- Significant changes to the Imbuing skill.
- Holiday 2009 gifts are available for characters 30+ days old.
- Sarah the Exotic Goods Trader will trade new Costumes.
- Major rennovation of the global chat system.
Client Patches have been released:
- Client Patch 7.0.4.3 for the UO Classic Client.
- Client Patch 4.0.4.3 for the UO Enhanced(SA) Client.
A bug with character transformations has been identified and will be fixed at each shard's next maintenance period.
- Later re-packaged/re-labeled as Publish 63.1

Publish 63 has been released to the Origin shard.
Client Patches have been released:
- Client Patch 7.0.4.2 for the UO Classic Client.
- Client Patch 4.0.4.2 for the UO Enhanced(SA) Client.
