I'm starting to design this Boilerplate to help people create Player Town articles in a consistent manner. I WELCOME feedback. Below is what could be the Headings and SubHeadings for this boilerplate. My goal is to provide enough sections that people can copy this whole boilerplate, then delete those sections that don't apply.
