Grapevines are decorative items that can be obtained from the chests recovered from Waterstained SoS messages 
. There are a total of ten, facing east or south as:

Note that the Middle ones will spawn 
Grape Bunches when double clicked on them only. These are different from the 
Grape Bunches that can be bought from Npc Innkeepers. While these different kind of Grape Bunches can be eaten, they are not stackable and they can not be used to make Grapes of Wrath.
