Appearance - Harbag is an old looking orc, who isn't that bad on the eye to an outsider. It is obvious from the many battle scars that adorn his body that Harbag has seen plenty of action, the largest and most noticeable being the scar going all the way down his left face. He has always been slender than most orcs, and was forced to rely on his speed and agility to make up for his lack of brute strength akin to most orc. Although he is aged now, especially his facial features, his years show but so do the years of experience.

History - The earliest memory Harbag has is of growing up in Naeloth on Fire Island, home to the wicked and despised drow called the Ilythiiri Dobluth Empire (IDA), where Harbag was actually a slave. When the Dark Alliance dawned the drow came in contact with the other evil races and Harbag got his freedom and found himself a new tribe called the Severed Heads. They were led by a cunning and intelligent greenskin known as Saktoth.

He was accepted into the tribe as a lil'wun and soon settled into the clan forgetting his past. His first days were tiring, he wasn't given any quarter for his cruel past, but neither did he want or ask for it. The Severed Heads way of life was harsh, every orc had to fit into the cogworks of the clan, in some cases their lives depended on it. As a lil'wun, Harbag worked tirelessly hunting and gathering with the tribe, and would eagilly accompany them on every raid. It was through this determination to prove himself "as good an orc as any" that he was soon promoted to a Grunt, and moved out of the orc fort and into Nohkmar. He spent several years with the tribe, and accompanied them on their numerous exploits around the lands. Their adventures can still be heard, especially around Yew, which the Severed Heads plagued for a long time.

Eventually Harbag honed his skills as a warrior, mastering fencing weapons in his earlier days and later on he took up archery. After many adventures with the Severed Heads he became very skilled at hunting with either, and can be deadly with either. Harbag honed his fencing skills every day and eventually he dispatched his foes with such speed he was promoted to not only join the new division of the tribe but to lead it, the Riderz.

Harbag enjoyed his days in the tribe immensely and fought alongside other fearce orcs such as Mekka Urdgrub, Oglok, Kra'Zug and Zur'Goth. According to the tribe tradition anyone could challenge the warboss to a duel for the clan. Harbag was disallusioned with Saktoth's growing dedication to his "Gate" which led to him challenging Mekka to the coverted Warboss title, but Saktoth secretly rigged the contest so that Harbag would be expelled and he could continue with his gate. And so Harbag was banished and headed deep into Orc Valley where he travelled endlessly for months.

Eventually Harbag found a new clan far far below the lands where he lived for several years but that is another story. Years past and Harbag grew a urge to return to Yew, which he couldnt understand he just figured it instinct. And so Harbag gathered his meager possessions and headed back upto the surface and eventualy emerged into the orc valley he had left so long ago, and soon made his way to the fort which he found had been burnt to the ground by the Guardsmen of Yew. The shardees had erected a new fort not dissimilar to the old one but there was no organisation anywhere. The Severed Heads was found again and that is another story for another time.

Personality - Harbag has spent alot of time amongst the other races and is unusually intrigued with them, although he will attack if he feels threatened in any way. In his youth Harbag would of attacked a human on sight but these days he is happy to keep his distance and enjoy a quieter life, allowing others to do it for him instead. From his early days in the tribe he became very mischievous and can still be seen fooling about, although less common these days. He loves nothing more than sitting back under the shade of a yew tree after some cidur!
