Ararat stealables are items that can be stolen from the grounds around the sunken Ararat, as opposed to the pack-dropped Ararat Artifacts off the Shadowlords inside the cargo hold.
The respawn time is estimated the one of an artifact rarity 8.
Note that you need an amount of skill equal to ten times the item weight in order to steal it. All decorative items have a weight of ten, meaning you must achieve at least Grand Master level in order to steal them.
