The maximum intensity for LMC on an item is 15%.

The item property Lower Mana Cost (LMC) reduces the amount of Mana required to cast a spell or use a special move.

While most items have an upper LMC limit of 8%, there are several artifacts with a LMC greater than 8%. These include the following: spellbook titled Tome of Lost Knowledge (15%); the bracelet named theOrnament of the Magician (10%); and the breastplate, Rune Beetle Carapace (15%). Crafted spellbooks are limited to a range of 1% to 6% LMC. Total character Lower Mana Cost is capped at 40%.
