Gnaw is a named dire wolf that can be found in Twisted Weald. His fang is one of the keys required to fight Dread Horn.

Get Gnaw's Fang from the corpse. It's green and looks like a carpenter's scorp tool; it spawns randomly. It's needed to start the Dread Horn "Peerless Boss". When all six pieces (Blighted Cotten, Thorny Briar, Gnaw's Fang, Irk's Brain, Lissith's Silk, And Sabrix's Eye)are collected they each need to be dropped onto the statue located on the altar surounded by rocks.Twisted Weald
