Reward for completing the Quest given by Kane, Master of Arms. It says "Sash of Might" "Blessed" no special powers or anything like that (Not even a + to strength unfortunately)
I just HAD to do the quest on Sandoval when Kane makes a reference to the Trinsic Invasion (As a Journeyman Bard on Sonoma Sandoval forced a change in RPC tactics by provoking Lich Lords on the RPCs. He rescued more than a few other people who tried to beat back the Invasion as well.)
