What are Magical Weapons (Power, Vanquishing, Mystic)?

I heard that they are weapon with 30%, 35%, 40% DI, but I have got a 45% DI, snow ele slayer, hit lower atk 30%, hit life leech 16% double axe from dragon yet he doesn't accept it.

And now should still be able to turn in isn't it?

Power, Vanquishing, and Mystic weapons are labeled like 'Power Scimitar', and have random properties and intensities. These weapons dropped throughout various events. I can verify they dropped most recently in the Magincia Invasion.

To be turned in it must have a Power, Vanquishing, or Mystic tag.

Note that these weapons have reasonable rates of damage against monsters such as Daemon Berserkers, whereas ALL other weapons do just about nothing to such creatures. Although these weapons were common drops during the recent invasion, they currently don't seem to spawn. Those who own them should think twice before turning in their entire collection.
