Overview
A Halloween Costume is obtained by giving Tomas O'Neerlan a red crystallized essence, which is itself a possible quest reward by completing the Halloween 2009 Quest.
Equiping the mask into a character's hand turns them into the costume's named creature.
- Note- First time completing quest only requires one red crystal essence, each time after that on that character requires 5.
