Pigments of Tokuno (Greater, Neon)

The Pigments of Tokuno are used to dye magical items (such as weapons and armor). Pigments from this set were obtained only during the first Treasures of Tokuno event, are classified as Major Tokuno Artifacts and each had 50 uses.
