A Peerless found in the Stygian Abyss. Can be easily killed solo by a Dexxer. Tamers can also solo her but pets will be petrified and copied frequently. Always kill the copy as quickly as possible.

Notes
- Drops Medusa Statue and Medusa Blood (base ingredient for Elixir of Rebirth). Players can receive minor Gargoyle Artifacts in their backpacks when Medusa is killed. Major Gargoyle Artifacts can be found occasionally in her corpse.
- Blue Medusa Scales can be snatched from Medusa by using a blade on her, although this will aggravate her. Skinning her corpse will yield greyish-blue scales, which make for less effective lenses than the blue scales.
- It is advisable to avoid wearing Undead Slayer items as this will double Medusa's melee damage.
