The Pixie Swatter is a Scepter classified as a Traditional Minor Artifact. It can potentially be obtained by killing Paragon creatures.
The poison area effect is considered useful at Champion Spawns. Besides Ironwood Composite Bow and Fallen Mystic's Spellbook it is currently the only item to have the Fey Slayer property.
