White Cloth Dye Tub

White Cloth Dye Tubs can be obtained as uncommon loot items from Merchant Ships, found in the hold. They can be used to dye cloth items a white hue and were introduced with Publish 69.
Unofficially, they were implemented after some White Leather Dye Tubs were bugged to be able to dye cloth instead of just leather items as intended.
